Project 52 January free week

So since this is the last week of the month...here is my wild card photo. It is not very interesting but it was really fun to do. This picture is of some lights about 10 miles in the distance and was taken from in the car. I spent about an hour photographing lights and headlights and taillights and road signs reflecting lights. It was fun to see what patterns they would make as the vehicle hit bumps in the road or as we went around a corner. This was one of my favorites.

So this is my first submission to project 52.  I had a lot of fun setting this shot up.  I am definitely going to have to try harder next month keeping up with the project.

PROJECT 52

Okay, so I finally got around to starting this blog.  Several of my fellow forum members are doing what is called "Project 52".  The point of the project is to get out and take pictures weekly.  There are 12 themes...one for each month.  The first 3 weeks of each month you take a picture of the theme and then the fourth week is a free week to photography anything that you want.  The themes are as follows:

January - Bokeh shots
February - Winter scenes
March - Shapes
April - Colors
May - Monochrome (B/W)
June - Textures
July - Macro
August - People
September - Shoes
October - Trees
November - Animals
December - Lights

I am getting started a little late but I guess better late than never :)
